Infuse these aromatic herbs into your sauna water.

Fill sauna bucket with warm water and dunk the sachet in. Wait 15-20 minutes then remove sachet. Sachet can be dried after use and re used up to 5 times or more. Pour infused water onto hot sauna rocks or splash onto your body & hair.
